CNA/HHA (FT/PT) (2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Shift) (6:00 AM-2:00 PM) MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EVERY OTHER WEEKEND!
FULL AND PART-TIME AVAILABILITY.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents with daily ADL’s.
- Helping the residents to maintain good personal hygiene.
- Assisting in maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
- Providing routine individualized healthcare needs.
- Monitoring or reporting changes in health status.
- Maintaining records of patient care, condition, progress or problems to report.
- Discussing observations with leader.
- Recording vital signs monthly such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse or respiration rate.
- Must possess a NJ CNA or HHA License.
